Why do I need a Stripe account?
Stripe allows BarnSitr to securely process payments and send payouts to sitters. Payment information is securley processed through Stripe. BARNSITR does not store any credit card information.
Do sitters need farm experience?
Yes, sitters should only accept bookings they are qualified to handle.
Is BarnSitr free to join?
Creating an account is free. Service fees may apply to completed bookings.
What if a sitter cancels?
Farmers should contact the sitter immediately and reach out to BarnSitr support if assistance is needed.
